Mr. Wald was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991 and is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. His clients are mostly made up of financial & religious institutions, media outlets and construction firms. His eclectic background helps him bring a unique perspective for simpler and quicker resolutions for his clients.
Mrs. Wald was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1991. During her legal career Ms. Wald has defended corporate clients in EEOC claims involving pregnancy and racial discrimination and insurance claims. Additionally, she has represented local businesses, handling their insurance claims involving negligence, premises liability, independent contractors, contracts, and wrongful death.
